Obituary of Sally Jo Roark

Sally Jo Roark 59, born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on 8/16/1961, passed today 6/2/2021, after a long intensive battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Joel G. Roark Jr. of 38 years and her children, Christopher Dyer, Elizabeth Roark George, and Joel James Roark. Her father-in-law Joel G. Roark Sr. and three sister-in-laws, Kathy Stubblefield, Barbara Alack, and Rebecca Odum. Grandchildren, Taylor Turner, Alonzo Boren, Jaiden Cantrell and Isabella Renee Cantrell. Also, many nieces and nephews from both sides of her family. Sally was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy J. Williams, two brothers, Alan D. and Daniel L. Williams. Two sisters Diana L. Blye and Amy D. Williams. Sally was employed at Genesco for many years. She made many wonderful friends, that she considered extended family.
